Recs for a pregnancy workout video?
I came across a pregnancy workout video the other day but I wasn't sure if it was any good ... anyone have any recs? I'd like both cardio and pilates!

i have a bunch- denise Austin has one that is more cardio, good for 2nd tri and early 3rd tri, i forgot the name of the other dvd &but its a 3 option in one & it was good b/c they use light weights- ill get the name and repost.

There are two that I have and I like them both--the first one is Summer Sanders prenatal DVD, and the other is a 10 Minute Solution Pilates work out.
I like them both a lot and would recommend them! I got them both off amazon.
