Recs for Whole Foods WW Friendly Food?
I am going to Whole Foods after work to pick up some goodies for my WW diet--any suggestions??? do they have any of the same things that Trader Joes carries???

They have lots of stuff but none of the stuff TJ's carries for the most part. Their cold cuts are on par price-wise with Boarshead, but antibiotic and hormone free so I would get some of those. Applegate has herbed turkey which is really good.
