Re: reflux babies...how long after solids do you give a bottle
Kayla Jo is going to b 5months and i give her food 1/2 way between bottles so if she ate a bottle at 8 i would give her food at 10 then a bottle at 12.. Her reflux has been very bad since she was born (she ended up in Stonybrook because she aspirated some of the gunk and was choking) so i try to give her as much time as i can. HTH

Re: reflux babies...how long after solids do you give a bottle
Gavin gets a plain bottle (they are all plain now) in the morning first thing, 7:30.
about 2.5 hours later he gets his cereal, 3 TB and 1/2 jar fruit, and if he's still hungry, he'll have a bottle then, 10:00
Usually a bottle around 2
Cereal and fruit again at 5:30 or 6, and a bottle.
Small 4 oz. bottle about 9:30, usually sleeping and we need to adjust this.

Re: reflux babies...how long after solids do you give a bottle
dd is 6 months
Bottles are 1 tsp rice cereal to every oz of water. Times vary a bit if her nap runs late or early. I'm not strict with times. Sometimes she may be hungrier and eat 2 tubs sometimes she starts fussing and doesn't want to finish.
8 am - 7 oz bottle
11 am - 6 1/2 oz bottle
1 pm - 2 tbls barley & 1 tub of fruit
2:30pm - 6 1/2 oz bottle (may not finish)
4pm - 1 & 1/2 tub of veggies
6pm - 6 1/2 oz bottle
