Registry Stalking Question
This is not supposed to be a selfish question, just more of a curiosity.
My baby shower is in a month (Jan 8th), and there is only one gift purchased off the registry that I haven't already received. The RSVP is tomorrow (everyone replied!). Is it normal for people to wait until the last minute to buy anything? I could have sworn that everyone bought my bridal shower gifts by the RSVP date. Maybe it's because we are so close to the holidays. Thoughts?

Re: Registry Stalking Question
I know that for my sister-in-law's shower most gifts were purchased a few days prior to the actual party.

Re: Registry Stalking Question
I would imagine most people are gonna wait until the holidays are over. Some like with my husbands best man with our wedding registry didn't bother to mark what he bought at the store, so we didn't know what was bought. I wouldn't sweat it.

Re: Registry Stalking Question
Yes - people will wait until the last minute and you likely will get some duplicates or things that weren't marked off the registry too!

Re: Registry Stalking Question
Lots of people wait till the last minute-
Also, there was a bunch of stuff that I got that was never even taken off the registry.
FYI I got all the larger items we registered for...but not alot of "little" items (i.e. pacifiers, breast pump supplies, extra sheets, baby mittens, dishwasher basket, etc).
Plus LOTS of people go on their own and buy clothes. LOTS of clothes!
