Rental unit and back splash help

My grandparents just sold their home and have down sized to a 55 and older apartment complex. In their new kitchen behind the stove is just wall, no back splash, no nothing.

Is there anything that is renter friendly and not a permanent fixture, that acts as a back splash that we can put up there?

Rental unit and back splash help

It's fine not to have a backsplash. Unless they are throwing water around the walls won't be ruined. I'd leave as is.

Thank you, I will show her that and hope she likes it.

I know she doesnt need but, but it something that she wants. She cooks a ton and its bugs her not having something there.

I love this stuff! http://fasadeideas.com/

I have this in my kitchen. Different pattern, but same material. I bought two 4'x8' rolls, so I only have two seams, plus corner seams in the entire backsplash.

There are lots of patterns, and several types of "metal" looks you can get.
