Repost - mini me's arrival!
Hailey Marie was born on June 25th at 5:43 am weighing in at 7lbs 12 1/2oz and 19 1/2 inches long. I will try to keep my story as short as possible. Friday night I woke up 3 times and noticed I was leaking a little something. So on Saturday I kind of blew it off and just decided to go about my day but just pay extra attention. We went to the hospital to visit friends who had a baby Friday night and they advised me to call the doc. Well after doing so and being checked out (how convenient I was already at the hospital) it turns out I was leaking amniotic fluid and was 1 cm dialated. I was admitted at 2:40 pm and they started the pitocin at 5:00 pm. By 9:00 the contractions were so bad I decided to go with the epidural (even though I went into this thinking I could handle it without it - yeah right). By 11:00 pm I only progressed to 2 cm and by 3:45 am only to 3. Doctor checked me once more at 4:45 and I was still only 3 so she advised they to the c-section since it was passed 24 hours since I broke my water. Well 1 hour later my precious baby was here. It was a rough 15 hours and has been a very rough recovery but somehow it is all worth it in the end. I love her more than words could express. Here she is...

She is SO pretty!! Congrats! I love her outfit, that was my DDs coming home outfit...and even newborn size was too big back then...they're just so darn tiny!
