Repost from Travel - Baltimore, MD
Looking to go in April during Spring break with the family. My boys are 5 and 3. Any suggestions where to stay and what to do?
Two nights/three days enough time? It's not a far drive from NJ so at least not losing a day of travel.
Thanks!

The aquarium is amazing. Book a tour of Camden yards. They even let you on the field and in the dugouts. Walk around the harbor. Science museum.

Definitely aquarium. Inner harbor is great. Lots of places to eat, etc. Try to get to an O's game!!

The inner harbor is definitely where you want to be. DH and I stayed at the Sheraton a couple of years ago and it was a great location. 2 nights is plenty of time.

Dh, ds (who was 8 months at the time), and I went last year in March. We went to the aquarium which was very nice, went to Camden Yards and had a tour. They werent playing games yet so we could not see one. We went to B&O railroad museum and walked around the Inner Harbor.

I agree with everyone else. Stay in the inner harbor and definitely go to the aquarium. Also, check out Port Discovery. They have a huge climbing area that kids love to burn off energy in.

The Aquarium, Children's Museum and Science Museum are all great. As for where to stay......The Hyatt and Renaissance are both nice. I've also heard great things about the Marriott.

I grew up there, so I really don't know much about hotels, but can answer other questions hopefully. Check out the blog/FB page- Cool Progeny, she writes about kid events in the area. I love the aquarium, science center, Port Discovery Childrens Museum. If your kids like trains, check out the B and O Railroad Museum. It's in a not so hot neighborhood, but they do a lot of cute events there.
ETA: They also have ships you can tour, and one has a pirate adventure. I think it may run out of Fells Point. And you can take the Water Taxi to Fort Mc Henry.
