REPOST: Pediatrician help...Holistic MDs
I will have the hospital's pediatrician in the OR with me, but once I get out & about I will have my own pediatrician. I had a lot of great referrals on here for Peds, but I really wanted to get a less traditional Dr and a more Holistic or integrated practice for my baby. I googled, but I cannot find a resource or names of Holistic Pediatricians on LI. (Mostly in NYC) Although I don't mind traveling to NYC, I will not be able to for some time after my c-section & really want to build a relationship with the Ped from the beginning.
Does anyone know of a Holistic Pediatrician on LI, or any resource that can help me find one?

well, she's not a peditirician, but I see faye Schenkman in Huntington,. She does eastern medicine( massage, herbs, diet). Fm me to remind me to send you her number, she's fantastic.
I dont' know of any holistic pedis, but you can check out the LI Natrurally book that they have in health food stores.
