Repost question to cheeses....
If it's made with pastuerized milk, does that mean it's safe to eat? I love my Marie's Blue Cheese and haven't eaten it for fear of it being on the "banned" list. But the label says it's made with pastuerized milk.
Is this ok to eat?

as far as I know any of the cheeses are safe if they are made with pasturized milk.

Exactly! Just be careful when it comes to where you get it, imported cheeses are usually not pastuerized.
I eat everything in moderation, if it doesn't say it's pastuerized on the label on don't eat it.

I would *think* it would be fine, since it says it is made from pasteurized milk. I would probably eat it!
