repost- what would you spend on a 30th bday gift?
I posted on NFR but it isn't getting much of a response. I'm wondering how much to spend on my friend. She turned 30 over the weekend and we weren't able to get a sitter, because we have one this weekend for my friend's surprise party- which is costing us $40pp. Since I felt bad we weren't able to go out with her for dinner, I'm having her over tomorrow night and cooking. How much would you spend on a gift? I was thinking around $50?
