All of these places were booked for me in May but maybe you'll have better luck! -
Singletons - Bethpage Milleridge Restaurant - Jericho Wickers - Hicksville Main Maid Inn - I think Jericho Peppercorn's - Hicksville

Re: Restaurants for Christening
I had my rehearsal dinner at the Wantagh Inn and it was really nice...very inexpensive compared to many places and they have private upstaris room.

I just went to a communion at peppercorns if you have 60 or less the room upstairs is perfect!!! only bad thing is, you have to carry strollers up a flight of stairs but the room is nice.

I agree with all of the other posts and there is also the back haus brew house in Farmingdale. My Bil and Sil had their dd's christening party there

Re: Restaurants for Christening
We did DD's bday party at 56th Fighter Group in Farmingdale and it was great. I looked into Peppercorns but be careful, they don't provide any high chairs.

We are looking for not cheap but fairly reasonable. Of course we would pay a little more for a nicer location and good food.

Katie Daly's in Massapequa. I had a party for my DH there and it was really nice. I second D ick & Doras though, they are really good food.
