restless leg syndrome
someone shoot me...I had this before pregnancy but the meds I took helped it---this sucks getting this while prego---I feel sooooooooooo agitated...
I have seven kids here too sleeping over---(my 2 included in that)
ugh...

what do u do to try to not freak? I took a hot shower--used lavender scrub...bla bla...I feel like running around the block!

I get it while I am sleeping. I just constantly have to roll around. It eventually stops. I am guessing its from compressed nerves.

I got it since I was a kid. So did my brother and other sisters.
It usually happen right before I go to sleep. I never took the medication. I only heard about it after seeing the commercial. I usually have to get up and walk for a few minutes.
