restless legs?
does anyone else get this at night? my legs will not relax, its like i need to run around the block,

all the time, usually if i take a shower it helps to relax them, but then i have to try to sleep after that.

UGH - YES! Like every night. I find that taking extra calcium/magnesium helps a lot - when I can remember to take it!

i got that a lot around 20- 28 weeks. Often it's because the baby could be "sitting on" a nerve. i walked when i could, but other than that, i don't know if there is too much you can do. hang in there! mine went away... hopefully yours will too!
