resturant food rave!!
Friday's Shrimp Key West. 2 skewers of cajun spiced (not hot) shrimp served w/steamed broccoli. 750 cal.
It was delicious!! good way to get omega 3 fatty acids in.

there were several options under 750 cal.
Now that I see the amt of cal each dish is, Im making better choices...esp after a "good" day with an hard workout!

Houlihan's has gotten much better too. DH and I went there a couple of weeks ago and I had a scallop dish that was 650 calories. It was SO delicious! I never thought I would say I am dying to go back to a place like Houlihans but I am!!

this is one of our favorite resturants that has been around forever!!
You go to the one by Smith Haven Mall?
