Retaining water in hands? (painful??) 10 weeks
Hello girls!
I am only 10 weeks and my fingers feel like I am retaining water if that makes sense and they are very achy. They felt like this when I woke up and in the evening. They dont look swollen though. Anyone else have this? Thank you.

I did throughout my pregnancy. Make sure you are drinking TONS of water and also watch your sodium intake.

Could it be carpel tunnel?

Re: Retaining water in hands? (painful??) 10 weeks
Sounds like it could be pregnancy carpal tunnel. I had it pretty bad my last pregnancy, I felt like I had extreme arthritis in my hands. My fingers would go numb, it hurt to bend my fingers at times. It wasn't pleasant. Luckily, it completely went away a few weeks after my DS was born.
Feel better.

Thank you girls. It has only happened twice so far and my fingers felt so swollen. I am trying to drink more but it is SO hard for me.
