Retractable Patio Awning
Can someone please recommend a good Retractable Patio Awning company?
Anything other than Sunsetter.
Thanks

Re: Retractable Patio Awning
This is more a discussion question rather than a recommendation. When you add a retractable awning does your property have to be reassessed (i.e. more taxes)?
I think I heard that with decks you have to, I am not sure about awning or patios.

Re: Retractable Patio Awning
I was told the property doesn’t need to be reassessed. In my case, my taxes would go down since I have an existing wood awning which is a fixed structure attached to the house that I'm tearing down.
