Return policy at BRU/BBB
I received a stroller at my shower, WAY back in Sept 06. Never opened it and want to exchange it for a different model. Any chance either store will take it back for store credit????

Re: Return policy at BRU/BBB
I would call. Do you know which one (BRU or BBB) it was purchased at?

Re: Return policy at BRU/BBB
BRU will only take things back if they carry that specific pattern in that specific store. Even if they have it online they won't take it back. At least that's what they told me last week at the Massapequa store when I tried to return something that was purchased at BRU.com and still had the shipping label from them, but I didn't have the emailed receipt since it was a gift.
BBB I have returned something within the past 6 months that was a gift and they said as long as it was in store or online they would take it back and gave me store credit.

Re: Return policy at BRU/BBB
I guess I'll call...I know both stores sell the stroller (Pliko3), but it's last years' model. I believe the new Plikos have already been in the stores for a while.

Yep. I happened to get two pack and plays for my shower and two stores (Staten Island and New Jersey) wouldn't take the one from my registry back.
We gave it one last shot out here at the Bohemia store and a nice manager took it back for us.
Also, you can return something from online, but you have to call UPS and have it picked up within 30 days of you getting it. SOOO annoying.
