Returning a case of unopened formula?
It's a case of ready to feed not touched at all the box is still sealed, can I return it to BRU...DD has been ultra gassy the past few days and I'm seeing if it was my milk or the formula and if it was the formula I need to return a huge case I bought...

Re: Returning a case of unopened formula?
BRU will take it back as long as you either A. Have the receipt or B. You used your rewards card when you bought it.
When Similac had the recall last yr and was only selling the RTF I stocked up b/c they reduced the price to make it affordable. I think at one point I had managed to get my hands on 12 cases. (I was totally into using the manufacturer coupons too!) Anyhow, about 6 cases in the ped told us to change DS from Soy to Regualr Similac. I went to BRU with 6 cases of RTF and no receipts and they took it all back b/c they could trace it back to my rewards card!

Re: Returning a case of unopened formula?
we had no problem returning to BRU as long as you have the receipt (or it's on your rewards card--but having the receipt is best) and it's w/in 90 days of purchase. they won't take it back otherwise.
