Returning to work tomorrow after 6 months maternity leave...
And I am beyond inconsolable. I am a COMPLETE MESS. The nanny has been here for a few days learning the ropes and she's great. DD is taking a little while to warm up to her and it is KILLING ME.  Right now she won't take a bottle for the nanny but I am not interfering. OMG I can't stop crying. I have been crying for days. I realized I am NOT strong enough to do this.

You ARE strong enough! You can do this! I am sitting at work right now, and I am OKAY. I am not ugly crying in the bathroom or anything 
It is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life BUT the anticipation was 100000000000000000x worse than actually coming back.

You ARE strong enough. You just dont' realize it yet.
It takes time, but each day will get a bit easier.
Especially as your DD starts to take to the nanny.
This morning when I dropped DD off at daycare, she gave the BIGGEST smile to the teacher as I handed her to her.
That warmed my heart and made me feel so much better- knowing that I am leaving her in good hands and with someone she likes.
It takes time... but you can do it!
