On a sad note...both Teresa and her brother have serious aggression issues...likely coming from childhood exposure. I bet that is what they saw growing up...so to say that you should feel bad for Joe and teresa's parents...nah...I bet they are used to this type of behavior...afterall...its how they brought their children up.

Is anyone else annoyed that Teresa and Joe got to keep two luxury cars and that house in their bankruptcy? And are we supposed to believe they can afford that lifestyle on the profit from a pizza place and one book?
I think this blogger really has it out for Melissa. It almost sounds like Teresa. I think it is disgraceful how Teresa and Joe manipulated the system.

Yeah I think they do have it out for Melissa but I don't think it's Teresa. The blog was written too grammatically correct to be Teresa But I do think it's someone who is team Teresa and I definitely think it's someone who actually knows them. I noticed in the article she referred to Melissa as Missy which is a nickname for Melissa...seems like something only someone who knows you personally will call you.
Yeah I totally agree about Joe and Teresa being able to keep luxury cars....Was the Escalade there? I think they defaulted on the payments.
BTW: I don't consider any of the NJ Housewives or most of the Housewives for that matter, rich by any stretch of the imagination (with the exception of possibly Caroline and Jacqueline and the BH housewives) the rest of them are fronters. They are one step away from financial ruin...remember Slade from OC...the first seasons how he was living the high life and look now. Real millionaires, whatever generation work hard at keeping their money and investing it wisely...not blowing it on huge houses they can't afford, clothes and all the other fluff that these people think is so important in life...they really are so shallow it's kind of disturbing and entertaining at the same time

agreed. I started googling Joe Gorga NJ Developer months ago when the previews were running and I saw that enormous house. I couldn't find anything substantiating the bimbo wife's claim that he's the "best developer in NJ"
My husband is a builder too and I can tell you that it would be almost impossible to support a lifestyle like that especially if you are a dimwit guido building big gaudy mcmansions in the last few years.

I was JUST saying the same thing to my coworker. No WAY he is as great as she says he is. C'mon now...he can't even fake it. I'm sure his Daddy had something to do with his "success"

Melissa is a complete faker. Worse than Teresa b/c she never even intended to live in her “dream house.” It was a construction model her husband built, and they are staying there (illegally) until their construction loan balloon payment becomes due next year. They want to look rich for Bravo, but they plan on bailing on their house and moving to LA when it’s due next year (to pursue 31-year-old, mother of 3 Melissa’s dream of being a “pop star”).
To build their “dream house,” Joe & Melissa Gorga got a “construction loan” — meaning a short-term loan to build the property to sell it for profit to a buyer, what builders do. It’s not a mortgage. You’re not supposed to live in your own house. It’s totally scamming the system. They had the house up for sale, but when they got cast on RHONJ, they pulled it so they would look like they were rich (they are not!) Next year, Joe & Missy will have a $2 million balloon payment due! They can’t pay it and are screwed!

This also shows that Melissa lies about how big her house it. She repeatedly says it’s a 15,000 square foot house on the show (even the previews) just so she can make it seem so much bigger than Teresa’s, but as you can see from public records, it’s only 13,000 square feet.
Melissa has been jealous of Teresa since the day they met. Melissa was a plain Jane. Teresa has been fabulous and over-the-top since high school. Look at how Melissa has transformed herself into Teresa (I attached a picture–you can find them all on the web). Melissa copies EVERYTHING Teresa does: where she get her hair done, which pediatrician she uses, she literally follows Teresa into stores. She wears the same shoes 2 weeks later… Here’s a classic example (so Leann Rimes/Brandi Glanville!): Teresa got a hot designer dress in Vegas with a feather skirt in Sept. She twittered it. The next month, Melissa showed up at Audriana’s birthday party in the same feathered dress.
Melissa copied the way Teresa set up her Twitter name: Teresa_Giudice and Melissa_Gorga. Who does that? Melissa’s new website is black with a diamond over the “i” just like Teresa’s Fabulicious logo on her site. And producers did know about Melissa for 3 years — they interviewed everyone of the Housewives friends and family every year for new blood, and they passed on Melissa every time. Then last year, Melissa and Joey got drunk and made a tape where they parodied The Godfather, sent it to Bravo, and promised they’d humiliate Teresa on TV. Bravo bit. Teresa didn’t know anything about it until they were signed! She was completely betrayed by Melissa, her brother, and Bravo. And unlike what was reported, Teresa was stuck in a 2-more-year contract, so she couldn’t get out of it and leave the show. She tried b/c she didn’t want to expose her parents or her kids to Melissa’s fame ***** nonsense.
If Teresa always hated Melissa, why is Melissa Gabriella’s godmother? It’s Melissa who can’t stand that Teresa got famous, and now she wants what Teresa has. Missy is stalker scary.

Ok, this was so messed up, but this is going to be a great NJ season LOL! Also wanted to add that my DH saw Teresa on Saturday at Bloomingdales in NJ with her arms full of shopping bags - so either she is spending even though they have having financial problems or her bravo and appearances are helping her along.

And I thought Theresa was dramatic!!  She has NOTHING on her brother!
He embarrassed himself and humiliated his family. There's a time and a place - and I don't care if Theresa was being fake and pretending to be a loving sister and aunt at that moment, I don't care if she was just doing it for the cameras... she was doing the right thing. You don't call someone out when they're congratulating you on your son's christening. What an animal. And what a sh*t stirrer his wife is.
And who was fighting after the initial drama started? I got so confused.. I saw Theresa and Joe and the kids leaving and a fist fight was still going on with some other people...  who has that much tension at a christening??
Gia broke my heart. Poor baby was the only one who had real sense at the party.

BK is not a life sentence but honestly they are doucchebags if less than one year ago they defaulted on and were forgiven of millions of dollars of debt and today

She could be using the newly earned money to pay off the department store cards that she blew out and included in her bankruptcy instead of going out and buying more stuff.
I have zero tolerance for people that don't step up and own what's theirs.
We have enough attorneys here on LIF that can confirm that Bankruptcy is not designed to give a fresh start to fund another lifestyle you can't afford
