What bank will let you have that many mortgages?
And on properties that are worth 1/3 of the loan amounts 
I never watch this show but just the idea of what they are doing makes me sick

I think Dina, Jacqueline and Caroline are rich.
The Brownstone is a gold mind. It is always busy day and night so that is why I think Dina and Caroline are legit. As far as Jacqueline goes, I'm assuming I guess.

I'm pretty sure she's not "broke" I'm pretty sure they make a hell of lot more than 79K a year, but it's illegal and cash and not on the books I'm sure..I'm sure this was done to probably wipe away bad real estate investments and what not...I think a lot of his business is cash and g-d knows who he's tied up with so they don't really give a crap about credit scores etc bc they can just pay cash for other things...
