Rich Tooth Fairy
One of my kids today told me they got $20 from the tooth fairy for 1 tooth!!! I got $1 if I was lucky. Man, times have changed.

tell me about it, my niece lost her first tooth a few months ago and I think she got around $10 or so. A friend of mines son told him the going rate for the tooth fairy is anywhere between $10-20!
Meanwhile, we were lucky for the lousy dollar assuming the tooth fairy didn't forget to put it under the pillow at night!

I still remember telling my dad that everyone was getting $10 for an A in school and that he owed me $60 (straight A student ). He said "Doing well is the reward." I replied "Mom said you were cheap."
I've heard of the $20 for the first tooth and $5 for ever tooth after. Hopefully I have some more time to work this out.

DS had his fist two teeth pulled b/c his big ones were all the way through- so we put 1 under the pillow and 1 in his special case.
I thought the Tooth Fairy was going to give $10- But The Tooth Fairy's DH said "$5 is more than enough!"
Oh well - guess the tooth fairy was on a budget that week!

el Raton is believed in many latin countries such as colombia and Ecuador that a magicl mouse comes and takes your tooth and leaves you money.

this is what my niece and nephew get.
We got $1.00 for the first tooth and I think $0.50 for each one after that.

I remember for my first tooth, the story goes that my parents forgot to put something under my pillow and my dad woke up at like 4am, and grabbed what he thought was a $5 to put under my pillow, when it actually was a $50!!!! He couldn't see in the dark, in turn making me the richest person under 10!
