Riding boots

So I tried a few on at Kohls tonight. I felt like I was going out to splash in the rain. I guess I'm not a riding boot girl. I so wanted to be...but I feel like I look ridiculous.

Back to the pointy toe heel boots for me.

I have been looking everywhere for riding boots for months. They look ridiculous on me. I just ordered this pair of boots from nine west online so I have no idea how they will look They aren't a true riding boot but similar idea.

I had a problem finding a pair that fit comfortably.
I finally found these Bandolino boots at Macys

They aren't loose around the calf OR ankle. Loose around the calf I could live with, but not the ankle.
Now I need to find them in brown. I'm not having any luck.

I would try Macys...they have a big selection.

I felt the same way when I was looking for some last year.
But I still love them!
I think I'm going to try again this year, hopefully I find a pair that looks as good ON me as it does on the display.

You get used to it. I didn't think I could pull it off and I am now on my third pair in the last two year.
