Risotto question
I have a recipe for Risotto that I want to make this week, but I don't know where to get Risotto rice from. Is it sold in the supermarket? By the rice section or the pasta section?
Also, can you get prosciutto in the deli section at the supermarket or do I need to go to an Italian deli?
(can you tell I don't cook a lot!! )

Re: Risotto question
Yes, you can find it in the grcery store. It's usually near the regular rice, though sometimes it's in the "international section." I prefer Rice Select Risotto Italian Style. It's in a clear square-ish plastic container with a red label.
