Roasted garlic
Anybody know if I can buy it somewhere already roasted. I need some for a recipe and I just don't feel like turning on the oven just to roast it tomorrow.

I don't know if they sell it already roasted (i've never seen it) but we've popped it right in the toaster oven before...
Much easier (if you already have the garlic) than running out and searching for roasted garlic..its really quick this way!

i dont know who would sell roasted garlic, but it is SO easy to do....in the amount of time it would take to go to the store to buy it, you can just throw some olive oil on a head of garlic, wrap it in tin foil&throw in the oven for 20 min!
