Rocker & bouncer

What is the difference between the two and do I need both?

i see a rocker here

and a
bouncy seat here

with DD#1 we had a the aquarium bouncer, a papasan and a swing. for DD#2 we pitched the swing and the bouncer and just bought the take-along swing. it was just too much cr@p for a small space and i absolutely hated the swing we had.
