Which bouncer/rocker to keep
Hi Mommies - I got 3 chairs for my shower - the newborn to toddler rocker, the FP soothing motion glider and the massaging bouncer. Do you think I should hang on to them all? I didn't register for all 3.

We had a bouncer and the NB to toddler rocker and the bouncer is put away now, but we still use the rocker.
I would return the soothing motion one, but that's just IHMO.

That's the one I didn't register for but got anyway. I've heard great things about it - but it won't last long and I'd imagine serves the same purpose a swing.

We have the NB to toddler rocker, and since its also like a bouncy seat, we felt we didn't need one of those. If you have a swing, then the glider is probably similar (our swing goes in two directions so it has the back and forth motion and side to side). My cousins loved the soothing motions, but it wasn't until my niece was 6 months old that she would use the glider. HTH

It depends on the baby.
We have the FP Rainforest bouncer, the newborn to toddler rocker, and the soothing motions glider.
We kept the bouncer at my parents house after 3 months or so - we still use the rocker every day - and we didn't really need the glider - but I know so many babies that LIVE in it. I personally say keep them all! But, I like to have lots of options. Maybe my next child will love the glider. Who knows!

We used the FP rainforest vibrating/massaging bouncer seat for a long time so I would keep that. We didn't use the vibrating feature very much but the seat served us well.
If you have a swing, you probably won't need the soothing motion, so I would return that.

Bryan never had a bouncer. We registered only for the rocker. He's a year old and still sits in it at times. He loves it.

I have the NB to toddler rocker, and pray that DD loves it as much as I do  and gets all the use out of it that I intend for her to.... I fully plan to make it grow into her little girl chair......
