Romano Cheese - Brown Label
I bought Romano instead of parm this time - a wedge of the good stuff.
It has almost like a brown label? Rind? on the top - is this edible or do you throw it out?
I know the rind on the parm is edible but not sure about this....

Locatelli Romano? My FAVE!!! Just peel off the brown label. I save the rind to put in my sauce/soups. YUM!
