roof cost?
can anyone tell me the price of an architectual roof?
the old roof must be completely ripped off as well as the plywood.....i would like 1/2 inch plywood and an architectual roof installed......it's an average sized ranch

I have a ranch as well and needed the roof stripped down as well. I got quotes from 4500 to well over 8k. That is also no plywood replaced which is typically like 60 a sheet and some places give you a couple of sheets for free in the price. It depends on who you go with. Check out www.servicemagic.com. It's a site where you fill out the type of job needed and they put you in touch with a few different contractors or companies. It worked for me. If you have any questions please feel free to fm me.

We just had our roof (including plywood) replaced for $4800. We didn't get an architectural roof though (just regular timberline). We used Responsible Remodeling. I loved them! We spoke with Anthony.

I have a colonial and we are having our roof replaced in a couple of weeks......the best price we got was a little shy of 5300 for architectual shingles and the existing roof ripped.
