Room
I just started it and I am finding it very tedious and considering giving up on it. I heard so many wonderful things about it but the writing... Telling that story through the boy's perspective- I'm finding it too much.
For those who read it- does it get better?

Re: Room
It pretty much stays from his perspective. I didn't care for that and also had a hard time with it but stuck it out.
Just watch the movie. It's very much to the book

Re: Room
I tried reading it and just couldn't... It takes a lot for me to give up on a book but I did.

Re: Room
I read the book years ago...and liked it...but for some reason, the movie really stayed with me more, which is rare. I think the acting was so good in it that it drew me even further in.

Re: Room
I hated this book. It gave me an anxiety attack through the entire thing. I think it was well written but not my thing
