DH needed one... It's normally $800 but my Dr. gave him a break b/c he does not have Dental Insurance... Only Health Insurance.

Mine came to $845.... insurance paid half, so my out of pocket was $400 or so.

I think it was about $800. $75 copay w/ my insurance. I go to a dentist in Riverhead and was sent to a specialist in Patchogue to have it done.
