Royal Jelly & Bee Pollen?
Forgive me if this has been posted already but has anyone taken or currently taking this? My accupuncturist told me it makes you hungry. But I keep reading about all these women who took it before IVF and had great eggs as a result. Just wondering what your experience is/was with it. Thanks!!

i havent had any experience with that but i do have a higher FSH and have been going to an acupuncturist for three months now. She put me on a really high protein diet (Lamb, red meat, chicken) and she has me have one egg every day.
I am currently stimming for my first IVF cycle and i have been producing crazy amounts of eggs! Hopefully their quality is good and if they are, i would attribute it to the acupuncture and the new diet
oh and i also cut out caffeine and limited alcohol and took wheat grass pills every day!

I took Bee Pollen. I had very high fSH and produced 8 eggs and 5 fertilized. I had twin boys with none left to freeze. This was my 1st IVF
