cool, thanks. I'm already on CD11 (usually o about CD18-20) Does it take a while to kick in or is it worth it for me to start taking them now?

I'm not sure how long it takes to "kick in", but when I started taking it during AF, I noticed a definite increase in CM two weeks later....
