I read somewhere that she doesn't have a title yet. I thought she gets her title when she gets married  . I don't know, but if I were her, I'd kind of feel like I wasn't accepted.
Also, how much of this is 'her' wedding? How much say did she have? I read somewhere that Prince Charles was heavily involved in the planning.

She does - they're now the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, it was announced just prior to the wedding. They're trying to stay away from any direct comparison to Princess Diana 
ETA: I loooooooooooove her dress, but hate the bouquet. Baby's breath
As for the planning - agreed; none of this is about her and this whole life is not something I could accept or live. But, the trade off is that she will eventually become the Queen of England - that is a pretty incredible thing and, to some, totally worth the compromises.

according to wikipedia Duke & Dutchess is a pretty high title, being the "highest rank below Monarch."

everything was perfect - what a lucky, lucky girl. I loved the exchange of vows, it was so sincere. He was blushing and looking right into her eyes .
