RPL Testing
Hello all For anyone who has had the unfortunate experience of recurrent pregnancy loss testing how long did it take before the testing was done and your cycle could start?
Thanks

Re: RPL Testing
Not sure I understand...the RPL panels are mostly bloodwork and not dependent on your cycle at all really.

Re: RPL Testing
It took one cycle of testing and I was given the choice to either start right away after my biopsy due to some of my inital results or to wait since some of the results weren't back yet.
I believe almost 90% of my blood work was back right as I was ovulating.
As my RE put it, either I could give it a shot following his treatment plan of no prenatals only women's one a day, progesteron and baby asprin and get pregnant and either the baby sticks and a successfully pregnancy or I would have another miscarriage giving him time to follow the pregnancy thru the miscarriage and D&C himself. Or I could wait on the rest of my results and loose a few more cycles. Dh had just gotten home from a training mission and wasn't going to be around for my next three cycles so we tried and luckily our miracle is now 10 weeks from her due date.
Basically he told me to follow my heart and due whatever mentally was best for me and our marriage. I had it set in my head to try for one last cycle and if not I was getting a IUD and paperwork for Catholic Charties was being sent off.

Re: RPL Testing
It took about 2 weeks for all my test results to come back too. Good luck. I hope you get some answers.
