RSVP date on 1st b-day invite? Also, last name?

Would you/did you put an RSVP by date on your 1st b-day invitations? If so, how far before the date was the deadline?

Also, did you put please join us for...
Jane Smith's birthday, or Jane's birthday, or Jane Middlename's birthday?

I guess it depends on where you're having the party. If you're having it at your home, then I'd say a week before. If you're having it at a restaurant, then you would need to know when the restaurant needs the final amount.

I just put my ds's first name.

Of course put an RSVP date!! I did it a week before, but if I would do it earlier if you are having it at a resturant.

We have an RSVP date, it's only a few days before the party b/c the party is at home and we're making/buying the food.

I wanted to put Troy's middle name, but DH said just his first name.

It's being held at a facility and will be catered. So I guess maybe I'll say 3 weeks before for the date?

Yeah, still not sure what to do about her name. Online seems to show first & last name, although I really wouldn't think it's needed. Maybe I'll do first & middle name.

My RSVP date is 2 weeks ahead. We're having it at home and renting tables/chairs and catering it.

I didn't write our last name, just her first and middle.

First and Middle Name.....No last name

Yes to the date, I need to know for food, for favors, etc etc. Its about 2 weeks, maybe a bit less before the date, but I needed it to be earlier b/c there could be a LOT of people and I am cooking.
