RSVPs
DD1's birthday party is Sunday. I wasn't sure about party etiquette (she just started kindergarten) so I invited the entire class (18 kids). Half of her class still hasn't RSVPd!!
Last year, I had access to parent email addresses, so hunting down the outstanding RSVPs was easier. Now all I have are phone numbers and I work all day. How do I handle this? Do I call parents and ask? Wait? Assume they're not coming? I just want to know how many goody bags to make and pizza to order...

RSVPs
I assume those that don't RSVP aren't coming. I made 2 extra goodie bags, and they ended up going to siblings that people brought without asking me in advance (no one showed up that didn't RSVP).

Chances are, most of the phone numbers are cells, so you can send a text. Last year, 2 didn't RSVP and they didn't show up.
