Rude comment of the day!
So today I ran into an old friend (I've known him about 7 years) and his lovely comment to me was "being fat doesn't suit you!"  Ummmm-HELLO- I'm pregnant @sshole, NOT FAT!!! I didn't even snap back- I was in total SHOCK!!!

I'm furious right now, and the more I think about it the madder i am getting!! I'm also so mad at myself for not saying anything back! I'm normally a feisty spitfire, but I was in such utter shock that the cat caught my tongue and I was speechless!!

i'm so sorry - i wasn't trying to make you angry....i just know that frustration. My mom says things like that to me all the time - so i have to deal with it REGULARLY....

Oh no- don't be sorry! I was getting furious all on my own! And sorry to hear that you've had to deal with this!! no one should ever have to hear something like that. especially while we're pregnant!!

Thanks! And the thing is he already knew I was pregnant and then proceeded with the comment anyways- thats what gets me I guess I should just be taking it where it comes from- a middle-aged single man who has never been married and prob never will be!
