runners: if you want to find music for your pace
go to jog.fm
i read about it in my fitness mag a few months ago, and it's a great site.
you can type in your pace, and it will generate the best songs to run to. Or, you can do it the other way, type in a song, and it gives you the beats per minute. it's been my saviour!
