Runners/Walkers...where do you put your keys?

And do you carry your phone?

ETA: I am in an apartment building, so i'd have to carry 2 keys.

I leave the backdoor unlocked and I don't bring a phone.
I used to tie a key to my shoelace when I rented.

when i was running/walking outside, I'd tuck it into my bra (on the side), and clip it to the strap.

Now I have a treadmill and I don't go outside

I tie it to my shoelace. I used to loop it around my headphones. Also I do not bring a phone

At sporting good stores they sell key holders that you put on your shoelaces.

I walk, so I use one of those cross body bags and shift it to the back when I gain momentum, if that makes sense..this way, I can bring a phone, keys, and clip my Ipod to the bag, too..

I leave my house keys locked in the car and either tie my car key to my shoelace or tuck it into my sportsbra. I do take my phone but I leave it in the car.

Under my foot in my shoe - I don't carry my cell with me but am never far from civilization.

Before kids I would tie my key to my shoelace (still do this for road races or the rare time I can get out to the trails)

Now that I have kids - keys go in the jogging stroller or DH is watching them at home and I don't need one

I usually leave my keys with the doorman.

I throw my keys in a pocket on DS' stroller. He's always with me when I'm walking and I always carry my phone and pocketbook as well (In the pocket of the stroller).
If he wasn't with me, then, I don't know what I'd do. Maybe key & license in shoe but leave phone at home.

When I ran XC in high school we use to take the keys unlace our shoes up until about mid way down the tongue. Lace the shoelace through the key to it laid flat with the point down towards the toe, and then lace up the shoe.

Since you have two you can do it on each foot.

I also used to get chapstick that had a hook, and you can hook it to that and attach to your sports bra. I used to attach it to the bra and tuck it between my cleavage for extra security.

pockets if I have them, or DH has them, or I carry them. I usually bring my phone. It's good to have in an emergency.
