Running at nights..where..
Does anyone run at nights. I used to feel comfy running around the block at nights but lately lots of dogs been popping up. the parks are closed at sunset and you get a ticket if you disobey 
Anyone knows where you can park and run close to babylon (not more than a 10mile radius)??

yep, a police ranger drives around the lake and stops everyone and asks us to leave... lots of people are ******.
I got a ticket there also 
I didnt see the sign Park closes at sunset 
I cant bear to not run outside.. I run as long as the ground's not slippery....

heavy sigh.......yeah i know... i do that too main st. in the village.. but everynow and then a bicycle seems to wanna run u over  or these pesky teeenagers wont move it...
I guess i just keep doing that..

I drove by Bay Shore HS on Sunrise Hwy. recently and people were running around the track there, at about 8:00 PM. Maybe you could try that? I just wouldn't do it alone - it's awfully dark.

YES! how could I forget about that track  i used to go over there. a bit of a hike but i'll go back.

I live in Lindenhurst- South of Montauk Hwy- I just run through the neighborhoods (either down wellwood and back up Shore- cutting up and down a few blocks for more distance or near Venetian Shores in that area)
I haven't had any dog problems and the areas are pretty well lit.
I tried running up wellwood avenue but it was a Friday evening and there were so many people hanging out smoking in front of the bars/restaurants/stores that I couldn't stand it.
ETA: The track at Lindenhurst Middle School is lit as well
