Running my first 5K saturday...
I am so nervous.... I am up to 2.5 miles straight, and I am just nervous I wont be able to finish.. even though everyone says it will be fine..

It went great! I ran the entire thing!!! I didn't stop, and according to my own timing, it was 33 minutes... my goal was to finish under 35.. and I did!!!! Next time, I want under 30!!!!!

That is so inspiring. I just started couch to 5K. Bought a jogging stroller so I have no excuses not to get out and do it. I am hoping to do both a 5K and then a triathlon before the end of the summer.
