Rylan had his 1st haircut yesterday!! Pics
His hair was really getting out of control. I've been wanting to take him for a while now but it was hard finding time to get there while Danny was home too. He played hooky yesterday so he could watch the inauguration so we went afterwards.
I took him to Kids Cuts in Centereach and I will never be going back...lol. I thought it was old and dirty looking. The lady that cut his hair was not friendly at all...she never tried talking to him. Maybe that's normal...I don't know. Anyway...at the end of the cut someone else walked in with a baby. She basically ended his cut and walked over to them. I got out of the chair and went to the counter to pay. I payed and then asked for some of his hair to keep. She said oh yeah I forgot...I got preoccupied with my granddaughter...it's her birthday.
Yeah thanks for making my sons 1st haircut a special time
I love that he still has his curls...they're even curlier now!! I think his bangs are to short though.

cute! that's too bad that she wasn't trying to make the occassion special.....
I already know where DS will get his first haircut.... where I got mine! Would you believe they're still open 
5 barbers on rt 110 in huntington station...... mind you, I haven't been back there since I was 2... I hope it's still a decent place!

OMG...I think he looks adorable!!!! And those curls!!! I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. I really hope she eventually gave you his hair?! 
Don't worry...it's going to grow like crazy soon. We never like our own haircuts the first day or two either. I think he looks great!!
