Saddle Bags
What types of excerises can I do at home to help to get rid of saddle bags?

Clean diet and high intensity cardio to shed body fat is super important since we can't spot reduce. Exercise is a combination of heavy load barbell squats using Smith machine (obviously you can't use a Smith machine at home...unless you own one...and if you do then I want to be your BFF LOL, jk), lying leg circles, side leg raises with a weight, and deadlifts....this way you hit all the muscles that go around the leg. You can also do kneeling donkey kicks and lying butt lifts/bridges and lunges...this will lift the butt which will help with the appearance of the saddlebags as well.
For high intensity exercise at home jump rope...I dont know WHERE we found the stamina when we were little do go forever jumping rope, but wish I could find that now....10 minutes of rope jumping and I'm toast!!

I use Brazil Butt Lift and its an amazing workout specific to the butt, and legs. It comes with a yelloe stretch band to add resistance and you cna get ankle weights for some workouts in the program.
