SAHM going back to work
1st ? do you find the job 1st or the baby siter/ daycare?? 2nd what do you say on the interview what you have been doing the past year... a SAHM ????

I think I would try to line up a babysitter or daycare so when you get an offer you won't need to scramble.
I've interviewed plenty of people who were SAHM for a year or even more. It's perfectly acceptable for a gap in your resume. I mean, they can check your references and ask your old boss why you left - he / she may say to raise a family. Nothing wrong with that.
