I just though I would share a recipe for salmon filet that I just kind of made up. I find that I make this weekly and its just kind of gone into my recipe rotation.

Squeezed fresh lemon and olive oil on filet. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Top with grape tomatoes cut in half, olives (I use whatever's in my fridge) and crumble feta cheese and oregano. Bake at 375 for approximately 30 minutes (depending on size and thickness)

Everyone in my house loves this and its an easy week night dinner.
