Salt Lake City, Utah recommendations

I will be in Salt Lake for one day/night in June.

Please recommend any attractions/places we must see as well as any resturants.

My dad was stationed at a base right outside SLC when I was in 2nd grade - 5th grade, so it's been a while but I remember going to:

Beehive House - Brigham Young's house

Temple Square - to see the LDS tabernacle. Don't think you can go in if you aren't LDS but it's a beautiful building and sometimes you can catch the Tabernacle Choir performing

Great Salt Lake

I vaguely remember a carriage ride through SLC.

Pretty sure there is a zoo and aquarium in SLC. Lots of parks.

It's a really pretty city. Insanely clean. It's like Disney, no litter in the streets.
