Same dog, different actions
Some days I get so mad at Shammy and other days he can be such a good boy.
Mad Day: I left my credit card on the coffee table on Sunday, I came back to find it chewed up.
Good boy day: DH drops his pack of cigarettes going upstairs. neither of us knew it. Shammy found them picked them up, brought them to me and dropped it in my lap. Didnt chew them, they were in 1 piece- not even a tooth mark in the pack.
Go figure!

Re: Same dog, different actions
I hear ya... I even said to Sam last night that he's too cute to stay mad at...(after he decided to take all my Bed,Bath and Beyond coupons off the counter and 'play' with them...)
When they are bad, I usually tell them to "go to bed" (on their dog beds in the other room)... The other day I came home to papers ripped apart... I just stopped in the doorway and shook my head ... and they put them selves to bed! How can I be mad at that!

Re: Same dog, different actions
lol Shammy usually goes under the table when we are mad at him. All I have to say is "What did you do?" He puts his head down and stays under the table until I call him out. which is usually 10 min later. lol
BTW Emily- I have a couple of BBB coupons if you need them.

That's funny ! Our dog is like that too...no idea what triggers it ?!?!
She was great for a month straight in the house, pulled the coats down & chewed up some junk mail here & there but overall good for a 7 month old puppy left alone. Then one day she snapped and ate my curtains, her bed, my scrapbooks & peed in the house ! IT wasl ike out of nowhere ?!?!

Cosmo is the same way- some days he is such an angel. Other days (usually days when he;s home along too long by himself) he gets very spiteful!

Toby used to rat himself out. We would walk in the house & he would sit on the stairs with his head hanging & wouldnt look at us. I miss that little dog.
