Yup.
On another note I live in Manhattan they put up signs in our building on Friday to clear your balconies. You wouldn't believe the amount of assholes that left shit on their balconies. Bikes, toys, wood...freaking idiots.

This is an area of Houseboats that drifted down the streets.
This Houseboat drifted from behind where I was standing, over the fence and on the person's front yard.
Close up of that Houseboat on the front lawn. What you can't see is that there is also a boat behind that houseboat that also drifted on to this persons front lawn.. There must be 7 huge houseboats that floated down this road. I have NO idea how they are going to move them.
This large boat drifted between two house boats that stayed tied up and it held up in the air by the two houseboats.
All of the boatyards are in ruins. The boats that were not elavated 20 feet off the ground floated away and wound up in big piles.
I grew up in this area (don't live there now) and I left in tears. There were things I just couldn't take pictures of. The deli in that area is totally destroyed. There was water up to the roofline. Stillwaters restuarant is done. Water up to the roof almost and the deck is splinters. I would imagine that these places need to be knocked down. It was the most heartbreaking scene. I know this is a strong community but, they are shattered. It is going to be a really long time until it's okay. I lived there through Gloria and the 92 storm and NEVER saw anything even come close to this kind of destruction. My Mom was floored. She thought those storms were bad but, said they coudln't even compare to this.
