sanitizing medula breast pump
i read the booklet but am not sure if i have to boil the tubes ect..
can you please help me in telling me exactly what i need to do prior to use. i want to make sure i am doing it right, plus do i sanitize the bottles the same way also

I boiled all the parts (not the tubes, I don't think ) then put all the pieces in the dishwasher when I ran it. Otherwise, I just washed all the pieces in hot soapy water after each use.

I didn't do the tubes since no milk goes through there. I used the sterilizer for the horns, valves and bottles.
If you do the tubes make sure you hook em up right after and let the motor run on high so they dry out the condensation, and make sure you do that after each use if you notice moisture in the tubes.
ETA: After each use I just washed anything that my milk touched in hot soapy water.

The Medela bags are great! You stick them in the microwave(with all the parts and a bit of water) to sterilze, they sell them at BRU. You can reuse them a few times too.
